The hotel is equipped with fire detection and alarm systems. Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation instructions in your bedrooms. There is a plan for the nearest fire exit from your bedroom on the back of the bedroom door. If you are hearing, sight or mobility impaired or would need any assistance to evacuate, please inform reception so that assistance may be provided in case of an emergency. If you discover a fire, please operate the nearest fire alarm call point and evacuate to the assembly point located in our car park where you will be met by a member of the hotel team.

We provide hair dryers, irons and ironing boards in all our bedrooms. The hairdryer can be located in the desk drawer or wardrobe, and the iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. Please call reception on ‘0’ if you need any additional items.

Should you require to dial another guest’s room please dial their direct number. If you want to dial an outside number, you will need to dial the number ‘9’ first and then the full number. Standard rates apply and will be charged to your room bill.

A non-slip bath and shower mat is available for your use. This can be found rolled in your cotton bath mat.

We strive to keep our rooms fresh for every guest and operate a strict no-smoking policy. You will be charged a deep cleaning fee of £50 if we detect you have been smoking in the bedroom.
